Some of the stuff you talk about would be better in Question 6(use of SFX). You need to keep linking what you are saying back to the prelim task.... "In the Prelim we did..... But we learnt that...... So in our Thriller film we...." etc. I also think that you should include images that show the mistakes you made (tripod in the shot), images of your different storyboards (to show that they are better) etc At times you were a bit to vague so either be specific or cut bits out. You also need to talk about the editing rules that you learnt and how you applied them in both the prelim and final piece
